The official name of this establishment is the Health-Rehabilitation Center of Folk Medicine "Sidus". "Sidus" is the name of star which unites galaxies. "Sidus" was founded in 1990 on the base of the health resort “Zaporozhets” in the city type village of Shidnytsya. It has been operating for 2 years before growing into the Rehabilitation Center of Folk Medicine "Sidus" in the city of Lviv.
Everything practiced at this Center is simply called "biological medicine" and the difference between the traditional "scientific" medicine and biological one is interpreted in "Sidus" as follows:
Scientific medicine is based on the achievements of experimental biology which does not represent the life fully but reproduces its basic physical and chemical relations only, whereas the life of a human organism is not only a biological and chemical structure but an energy frequency informational and biological field as well. Only that system of medicine which affects all parts of the human body can cure a patient. Medicine must consider the whole totality of the factors. This is the principle followed by the representatives of biological medicine. They view an organism as an indissoluble unity of spirit, body and animate nature, and while the treatment process they use all power of the last.
The Center conducts scientific and research activity, it possesses two scientific discoveries and collects statistical information on the patients and health problems.All useful visual and gradual information on every patient is kept in the archives and computer data bank.

In “Sidus” everything begins and ends up in the office of Lubov Panas. She diagnoses, prescribes the homoeopathic remedies and the medical treatment course.
Her professional career of a doctor started from the acquaintance with Volodymyr Gulyaev, a student of Bioenergetics Department of the Krasnodarsk Institute. Later on he has taught Luba how to receive the energyinformational fields. In Moscow A.G. Spirkin, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Correspondent Member of the Academy of Sciences, who ran bioelectronics library within the Society named after A.S. Popov at the end of 70s, made a conclusion: "L. I. Panas possesses talent of receiving the bioenergyinformational fields in an organism and she is able to correct them perfectly..." with that confirming her extrasensorics phenomenon.
Having passed testing in the Institute of Higher Neurophysiology in Moscow, then in the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the Vishnevskyi’s Institute, Luba changes her profession of an actor of theater and cinema (before that she has graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Arts, Actor’s Department) to the profession of a physician. In Lviv appearance of an actress in the medical institute has been taken negatively – the documents were returned to her and she was explained that they «have enough of their artists». She had to begin with the medical college. Then studying extrasensorics in Kiev, getting education in the Institute of Homoeopathy "Protos", learning homotoxicology by Dr. Reckeweg, and in 2001 obtaining qualification of psychologist, researcher and teacher.
During that period of time she has been working productively in the Center, consulting in the different cities of Russia, Ukraine, Canada, etc.

Official state medicine always had a disrespectful attitude towards treatment by the bioenergetics method. And the use of homeopathic medication as an adequate alternative to the synthetic one, that had a long list of contraindications and side effects was even out of the question. But there is a pleasant exception from the rules and this is the Health-Rehabilitation Center of Folk Medicine "Sidus", where the medical treatment is based on the principles of homoeopathy and homotoxicology, phytotherapy, hirudotherapy, ect. Lubov PANAS, doctor-biophysician tells about all methods used in folk medicine and considered to be viewed as generalized experience of many generations of the healers.

— A few words about homotoxicology and the difference between your medical treatment methods and the traditional ones?

- Traditional or allopathic medicine is built on a principle of "treating opposite with opposite". It means that the remedies are used for fighting a health problem indicated by the symptoms. Though it is known that disease and its origin is different things. Therefore the homoeopathic medicines provide a sick body with a directed push, activate its protective strength, and, thus, their main effort is aimed at restoration of the broken balance in the organism, in other words – they tackle the primary cause of health disorder. Therefore the cardinal principle of homoeopathy is "like cures like". Homotoxicology adjusts the normal functioning of all body systems. During lifetime the organism of a human being is being contaminated by toxins, and our ecology, water, food, etc. contribute to it a lot. Toxins are eliminated by specially selected homoeopathic medicines-compositions which are absolutely harmless and have no side effects.

—Experience of the medical treatment of which diseases has been obtained by "Sidus" ?

— In the Center archives there are a lot of comparative photos, analyses results, which testify to the complete recovery of diseases of liver, kidneys, digestive and cardiovascular systems and other. "Our kids"- this is how in our Center we call the children born thanks to the medical treatment of their parents for infertility. The tradition of the family medicine has been created unintentionally – the patients bring their children and relatives to the Center. We are keeping our clients under medical supervision for years..

—Lubov Ivanivna, what kind of recommendations you give in the case of operative interference necessity? How you do you cooperate with the state medical institutions?

— In such cases we refer the patients to the physicians who are positive about the untraditional methods of treatment and diagnostics, as there are definite periods in nature, when the body failures can be clearly observed. Only then it is possible to make the thorough analysis of a person’s state of health. To continue, there are the periods, when it is appropriate to make a surgery and times when the lethal cases happen even at the highly professional level. That is to say, the nature has its precise laws. There is time to sow, and time to reap (we are not talking here about the emergency cases, when time is getting short). It is urgent to be aware of these laws of spiritual and physical existence. There are some medical practitioners who are interested in both homoeopathy and homotoxicology. They are capable to determine correctly time for diagnostics and the medical treatment.
After the operative interference the patients return here for post-operation rehabilitation, in the course of which restoring body functions therapy is offered and the patients are kept under observation till the complete convalescence.

—As is well known, it is easier to prevent the health problem than to tackle it. What proactive measures are offered in your Center?

— Unfortunately, people who come here are "overtreated" and desperate. The centers similar to ours are the last resort to appeal. If the clients have addressed our center with the preventive purpose, the guarantees of the successful medical therapy would be considerably higher. But we can not turned down even the hopeless patients. The outcome of the treatment to a great extent depends on the internal state of a person. Spirit, soul and body are inseparable.
I adhere to the principle which can be paraphrased as: "Each will be rewarded according to his Faith". There are many skilled practitioners but people do not trust even themselves. In Germany and America one absolutely trusts a doctor, because of the laws according to which a physician is responsible for a patient, and that is why the last follows absolutely all doctor’s instructions. And the way it works with us is: a patient listens to a physician, then thinks, and finally does what an old woman Paraska "said" to do. And once again I would like to stress the information coming from everywhere and everything, as well as faith, and as a result of it - perception. To believe – to accept – to be cured. — The facility of the Center is rent and is not subject to purchase, "Sidus" is a self-support company. But, despite the challenges, our prices are absolutely moderate and they do not change for many years. We diagnose a patient, select the medication for him and here he gets necessary medicines and the repeated free consultation during a year. But does misfortune have a price? If there is a need – it is a need. Doors are opened for everyone and in the history of our Center it never occurred that we said no to someone. Sometimes we travel to the remote villages on a charity mission. Good words and gratitude is the reward that we collect in the heaven, although we are not sinless.
Speaking about payment, this is more philosophical issue than material. What a person seed he will reap. It is essential to take more care of soul, and it will be easier for the physical body to cope with disease.
